Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for curious, collaborative, creative problem solvers, both experienced Solution architects and anyone with technology delivery experience wanting to try their first formal role as an architect. We have a cloud first, Microsoft first technology strategy (Dynamics, Power Platform, M365, Azure infrastructure and integration services, .Net) and are in the first year of a significant industry transformation.

 If you’re not an experienced architect but have experience delivering complex technology solutions based around the Microsoft stack as part of a multi-disciplinary project team or Scrum team in your capacity as an analyst, developer, engineer, designer or tester then please do consider an application.

What We're Looking For

  • Microsoft (or equivalent) Certifications, TOGAF 9, ITIL, Scrum, Prince2 qualifications are advantageous
  • Experience in selecting and delivering cloud-based solutions
  • Experience of integration between applications, both COTS and bespoke
  • Experience of adopting and driving technology innovation
  • Advanced IT skills – in-depth knowledge of one or more of: IT infrastructure, database management, development frameworks, cloud computing, micro-services architecture, data integration, telephony & mobile device management, Business Intelligence/Data Science
  • Able to apply relevant technical governance effectively to ensure alignment with standards, policies and strategy (works within scrutiny for own work and provides scrutiny for the work of others)
  • Able to apply curiosity, logic, and experience to find solutions to complex problems and engage other people in evaluating an implementing solutions (Complex problem-solving ability at all levels)
