An opportunity has arisen for a talented Personal Assistant to join our Support Services team based from our London office 5 days per week.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

The succesful candidate will be part of our national Client Services team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams
  • Undertaking legal tasks to support fee earners
  • Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
  • Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
  • Dealing with all matter maintenance
About You

We're looking for a Personal Assistant with a personable nature, who is highly organised and has excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Demonstrable secretarial/personal assistant experience gained within the Legal sector
  • Demonstrable experience providing administrative support to a team of fee-earners
  • The ability to support multiple fee earners and any time and to work collaboratively with other personal assistant when and where necessary 
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
  • Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
