Join Amanda Marsh in our award winning Military team in Manchester. Amanda has over 30 years’ experience of acting for clients with serious personal injuries. She has significant experience in dealing with applications under both the Criminal Injuries Compensation scheme, but more particularly the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme. Amanda has a special interest in representing members of the Armed Forces and a determination to ensure that each and every soldier secures the settlement to which they are entitled under the AFCS.
You will need to demonstrate networking skills and the ability to recognise and develop business opportunities and to create and grow business relationships. Experience at tribunal (such as CICA or employment) would be an advantage.
This vacancy presents the opportunity to develop expertise and build a reputation in a growing area of law.
There will be a highly focused training element provided to the role to facilitate a successful transition into fast becoming an expert in this area of law.
