The Southern Real Estate team works on primarily high-value development and regeneration work. The team also deal with a wide range of general commercial property work including: acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, finance and corporate support. The team headed by Tina Webster has a particular specialty in housing and education work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ to 2 years PQE Solicitor, with good technical knowledge of general commercial property to further their career and to gain experience with complex development work. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently on smaller matters with proven ability of drafting, fee-earning and handling their own caseload. When working on larger matters, you will be working as part of a team and providing support with close partner access and professional development from an expert team. You will be working with Tina Webster and Sam Knight an associate solicitor in the team.
