Please note that we will require 3 days in the office per week for this role. 

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with clients, providing them with exceptional legal advice to achieve the best possible outcome in their claims. You will have responsibility for your own case load of multi-track cases including serious orthopaedic and other injuries and fatal accidents, obtaining interim payments and arranging rehabilitation and support to ensure recovery is maximised.

You will -

  • Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
  • Manage own caseload.
  • Assist the lead fee earner on high value catastrophic injury claims
  • Review cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
About You
  • NQ-3 Years PQE
  • Must have experience of running multi-track cases.
  • Good commercial awareness, and the confidence and willingness to actively engage in business development to continue to build the team’s profile
  • Current Practising Certificate
  • Ambition, energy and enthusiasm for Personal Injury Law
  • A regular contribution to our vibrant office environment
  • Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
  • A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach
  • Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our seriously injured clients.
