As a team we are looking to bring new propositions to market that really meet the evolving needs of clients in an accessible and relevant way. As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the management of the current and new propositions throughout the product lifecycle for a specific audience.
Immersed in the market, you will be the point of contact for the Strategic Growth Directors and the Business Development team on all the projects currently being worked on for their audience.
You will work closely with the Head of Proposition Development to create compelling business cases to drive the Irwin Mitchell strategic agenda and deliver new and evolved propositions to market. This includes working closely with various teams within the organisation to ensure the business cases are presented with validated customer insight, commercial rigour and a view of the competitive set.
You will monitor all ongoing projects and where appropriate you will be included in the project teams/squads in the delivery phase of development to represent the client teams and support the delivery of the projects in line with client needs and expectations.
You will monitor existing product performance on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for improvement, refinement, improved profitability, increased efficiency, replacement or removal from the portfolio.
