Working as a Reward Manager, you’ll support the delivery of cyclical reward processes, and support in the delivery of the reward strategy, principles and policy implementation across the Irwin Mitchell Group. You’ll be a key figure within the People team, and be a trusted member of the team to colleagues to ensure reward is a key business enabler through insight and relationship building.
- Working with colleagues in the team and on behalf of the Group Head of Reward with cyclical reward processes, primarily focussed on pay review, bonus, and any regulatory or legal requirements contributing to associated preparatory papers.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders regarding deadlines and key performance management activity.
- Ensuring that all reward related information, including complex data, is effectively managed and up to date in relevant systems.
- Taking a lead role in reward communications and management
- Supporting the ongoing delivery of the Careers Family Framework, ensuring continues improvement and reviews are undertaken.
- Coaching colleagues within the reward team and wider HR team to ensure effective use of reward toolkit within the touch points of the people process.
- Guiding the Reward team to identify the most appropriate Reward metrics and reporting requirements.
- Supporting colleagues in their understanding of the Group’s CVP and the reward offer
- Demonstrable experience of reward and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Role Evaluation, using recognised methodology (egg Willis Towers Watson or Hay).
- CIPD qualified, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially-focussed and service driven while balancing a genuine desire to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills, working flexibly and prioritising workload in order to meet deadlines.
- Track record of delivering key initiatives within a challenging environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
