Are you already an excellent Professional Negligence Solicitor or up for the challenge of becoming one?
As a Professional Negligence Solicitor in our General Counsel team, you’re here to protect, mitigate and reduce the impact of when things go wrong for our people and our business. You will offer guidance, defence and negotiation on a variety of professional negligence claims from first advice to final settlement. You will play a key role in identifying ways to shake up and champion best practice in how we respond to negligence claims and stop them from happening in the first place through developing guidance notes, training, feedback and reporting.

In this fast paced and complex environment, you’ll need to apply the appropriate policies and agreements to handle any claims and you will need practical experience of handling disputes and litigation. You'll be confidence to run your own files and liaise with fee-earners, supervisors and managers in order to report on progress and resolve any claims to effectively to protect us from risk.
We are looking for the right person or persons, and therefore we can offer this as a full or part time role or job share basis. If you are 3-5 years PQE or Experienced Legal Executive looking to excel your expertise in Professional Negligence or someone qualified with high ambition and case management experience looking to take your career in a new direction, we would love to hear from you!
