Our Team

The team handle a variety of commercial, contractual and property disputes for clients with the benefit of legal expense insurance. The team are panel solicitors for many major insurers and are seeking to continue their profitable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Legal Executive to join our team. Amongst other things, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high value and complex cases; taking instructions from clients and giving legal advice to achieve appropriate resolution of disputes or areas of risk for our clients. Irwin Mitchell is a client-focused firm and as such, you must be passionate about client care and maintain a professional demeanour even in challenging environments. Given the nature of the role, you will be able to work pragmatically with the ability to prioritise your workload as required.

Using your technical understanding and relevant market experience, you’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
