We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our Bristol Family team.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Bristol Family team. As part of this well-respected and innovative team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Erin Sawyer, a recognised Next Generation Partner as well as being part of a leading National team.

Working as a senior member of the team, you will play an integral role in the growth of the department.

This is a superb opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise working as part of an award-winning top tier Family team in one of the UK‘s leading law firms. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, strong partner access and training and excellent career progression opportunities. 

About You
  • Technically competent, with significant experience within Family Law
  • Experience in Complex Private Children matters is desirable but not essential
  • Used to dealing with and leading on high value, complex cases
  • A natural team player with experience in supervising and mentoring juniors
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and third parties and ideally already well established in the Bristol Market
  • Well rounded client service skills with the ability to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities involved in relationship breakdowns
  • Demonstrable ambition, energy and enthusiasm for continuing to build a successful Family law team at the top of the market
