We are looking for a Web Content Officer to work in our Group Sales and Marketing department in our Sheffield office.
Working as a Web Content Officer, you will provide expert knowledge in content. As part of this diverse and interesting role, you’ll work on web copywriting as well as the education of web editors to ensure all content is of a high quality. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and have an extremely high standard of written English. You’ll be able to write content for Irwin Mitchell’s suite of web offerings; ensuring the quality and consistency of web communications is delivered and maintained.
You’ll be able to demonstrate an understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and have the confidence to make recommendations about how to develop site engagement. You’ll also be able to trouble-shoot; managing the content in terms of broken links, grammar and spelling errors, accessibility and image files size issues.
We’d like you to be creative and imaginative in your approach. You’ll be happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues, working collaboratively to generate and create new ideas to educate and promote best practice.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of using content management systems which you’ll use to publish web content.
