Working as a Team Assistant you’ll be responsible for the provision of high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Employment team. Our London Employment team handles a diverse and interesting caseload often advising on international and cross border employment issues. It’s therefore essential that you are trilingual; speaking English, German and French fluently.
Working with other administrative staff in the department your main responsibilities will be to support the head of department, to co-ordinate fee earner diaries, give general administrative support to the team and act as a key contact point for clients and colleagues alike. You will also be required to manage travel and accommodation arrangements and work effectively with other teams. You’ll be self-motivated and will take a professional approach to all duties; demonstrating an understanding of discretion and confidentiality where appropriate.
You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a challenging workload; excellent organisational and time management skills are therefore essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative. In addition an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people will be crucial.
If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with fluency in French and German, a can-do attitude and superb organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
In addition to your basic salary we have a competitive benefits package including pension, critical illness cover, health cash plan, death in service, discounted legal services, 25 days hols (this increases with length of service), discounted online shopping, discounted gym memberships and season ticket loans.
