Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

As a Team PA you’ll be responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the Employment teams. You will work nationally with the other PAs to provide high quality administrative assistance to the team.

You will be joining a national team working in a busy environment and will need to handle a challenging workload.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
  • Supporting the Real Estate team with processing searches
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Co-ordinating fee earner diaries
  • General administrative support
  • Acting as a key contact point for clients and colleagues
  • Handling fee earner queries by email, phone & MS Teams
  • Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings
  • Managing the billing process and accounts housekeeping
  • Assisting with the organisation of business development events and activities
  • Deeds scheduling on-site at regional office on an ad-hoc basis
  • Attending regional office to support business needs when required

                                                                                                                

About You
  • Proven legal experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
