Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

As a Team PA you’ll be responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the Lifetime Estate Planning teams. You will work nationally with the other PAs to provide high quality administrative assistance to the team. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.

  • Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams
  • Undertaking some legal tasks such as court forms
  • Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
  • Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
  • Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance
About You
  • Legal assistant/secretarial experience working with experienced fee-earners would be desirable, however we would be open to candidates who have experience of administration/secretarial experience in a professional environment
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
  • Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
