Working as a Team Support Assistant, you’ll work to support the Chichester Residential Property team through providing efficient administrative support.
As you’ll be joining a small but friendly team, it’s essential that you are a strong team player with the ability to communicate confidently with your own team, the wider business and our clients. You’ll act as a point of contact for client enquiries so you must be very customer-focused with the ability to work with tact and professionalism at all times.
Whilst you needn’t have any previous experience in a legal role, it’s important that you have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You’ll need to have strong attention to detail as you’ll play an important part in matter opening using Proclaim and 3E, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and that documentation is submitted accurately to the Land Registry.
We’d like you to be highly organised as your role will also involve coordinating meetings and events for members of your team. You’ll work to schedule performance reviews, client meetings, training sessions as well as team socials and travel bookings. You’ll also support fee-earners with their billing; preparing monthly bills, generating reports for financial review and providing financial information for fee-earners as required.
If you are interested in developing your career, are enthusiastic and hardworking, we would love to hear from you.
In addition to your basic salary we have a competitive benefits package including pension, critical illness cover, health cash plan, death in service, discounted legal services, 25 days hols (this increases with length of service), discounted online shopping, discounted gym memberships and season ticket loans.
