Solicitor/Legal Executive/Experienced Paralegal - No Agencies (4001)

We are currently looking for an experienced fee earner to join our Probate / Estate Administration team in Sheffield and are open to any level of qualification.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate administrator to join our Estate Administration Team in Sheffield, forming part of our Private Client Services Division.

Your Role

  • The successful candidate will have a solid background of estate administration and in dealing with a wide variety of estates ranging from low to high value/ complexity.
  • You will run a large caseload with autonomy under limited supervision, often managing demanding and competing priorities.
  • You should have the desire to learn and to develop new skills and be prepared to undertake further training, if required.
  • You should be able to demonstrate strong financial disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and external professionals; and
  • Have an aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships.
About You

  • Previous Probate experience
  • Technical knowledge of Estate Administration
  • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively
  • Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
  • A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach
