Solicitor/Legal Executive (2260)

Our Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our Tax, Trusts and Estates (TTE) team in Sheffield, working within the existing Estate Planning team to advise a multitude of clients including high net worth individuals and families on the legal and tax aspects of estate and succession and tax planning.  For this role we woudl consider applications from experieced Paralegals, Legal Executives or candidate at Solicitor level.

What You'll Be Doing
    • Have a solid background of advising on and preparing complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation and lasting powers of attorneys You should also be familiar with estate administration;
    • Be experienced in advising on lifetime IHT planning and on the taxation of trusts;
    • Be experienced in elderly client work including care fee planning, contracts & assessments as well as knowledge of the roles and responsibilities associated with being both an attorney and a deputy.
    • Be able to demonstrate strong financial disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and external professionals; and
    • Have an aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships.
