Working as a Solicitor or Legal Executive within the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload with a strong focus on high value trust and estate disputes. Working as part of an established team, you will have excellent partner access and have the opportunity to work for many notable clients. Your role will involve working with our client base which includes individuals, trustees and beneficiaries to advise on issues relating to Will, Trust and Estate Disputes.

Using your understanding of this interesting area of law, you will work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual with an understanding of, and genuine interest in, private client work. You will be commercially minded as well as also having the confidence to work autonomously, taking the lead on some matters from the very beginning.
We can be flexible around your level of experience, and would be open to recruiting up to 6 years’ PQE.
