We have an exciting opportunity for a 2-5 years’ PQE solicitor to join our London Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes team. Our London team is headed up by leading partner, Claire-Marie Cornford, who has been listed Citywealth's list of Top 10 Powerwomen Trust Litigators 2020 and Top 100 Trust Litigators and Polymaths in May 2020. Our team has many years of experience representing executors, beneficiaries and trustees to provide outstanding client care and achieve landmark case judgements.

This is a superb opportunity to develop your skills within a highly established and innovative Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes department. You’ll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately-funded cases as well as handling cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance.
We are looking to grow our team so would be keen to hear from candidate at all levels who are looking to join a growing contentious probate team.
