We’re looking to add a talented Solicitor to our Real Estate team to be based in London.
Our London Real Estate team handle an interesting and varied caseload, including real estate investment, real estate finance and restructuring and insolvency.
In your role as Solicitor, you'll be committed to developing your experience in Commercial Real Estate to provide high quality legal advice to the Firm’s clients. You'll work proactively to ensure compliance with the Firm’s policies and procedures, continually reviewing cases to ensure quality legal provision and ultimately putting the Firm’s clients and their desire to achieve fair outcomes with their customers at the heart of everything you and your team do.
You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment, demonstrating flexibility to changes in work schedule and priorities at all times.
You'll enjoy working in a team environment, having regular contact with clients and intermediaries, and providing commercial solutions alongside your legal advice. You'll be able to demonstrate commitment to team objectives, ensuring these are achieved through a collaborative approach to team meetings and compliance with decisions which will impact the team. Furthermore, you will draw upon your knowledge to participate in relevant business development initiatives and events to promote and develop both Real Estate and the Group.
We believe this role would most be suited to those with 2-4 PQE but are open to receiving applications from anyone who believes they can add value to the role.
