Irwin Mitchell is one of the few firms to offer a rare opportunity to specialise in this high profile work, and is a deeply rewarding area of personal injury law. You will have experience in Claimant multi track RTA work including serious orthopaedic injury and fatal accidents.
You will join Partner Fran Mayes and her team in our Newcastle office, specialising in pursuing claims following serious injury. The team has achieved many multi-million pound awards on behalf of their clients and is externally recognised for their experience and specialism by the Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
You will work closely with clients, providing them with exceptional legal advice to achieve the best possible outcome in their claims. You will have responsibility for your own case load of multi-track RTA cases including serious orthopaedic and other injuries and fatal accidents, obtaining interim payments and arranging rehabilitation and support to ensure recovery is maximised.
