We are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor to join our London Tax, Trust and Estates team. As part of this well-respected and innovative team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a Partner who is a leader in their field as well as being part of Irwin Mitchell’s expanding Private Wealth offering. The team advise on complex situations such as cross-border tax-planning, estate-planning and trust structuring. This includes assisting clients to structure personal investments and interests tax-efficiently and planning for their successful transmission to the next generation.
You must be technically competent, with relevant market experience, be used to dealing with and leading on both day-to-day and high value, complex cases and be a natural team player.
Given the nature of the work, it’s essential you possess rounded client service skills. You’ll able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities surrounding Tax, Trust and Estates. We’d also like you to have demonstrable ambition, energy and enthusiasm for continuing to build a successful law team at the top of the market.
