Our Team

We are currently looking to recruit a high calibre private client solicitor to strengthen our specialist Private Client Services team in London. 

Our award winning London team advises on a broad range of high-value domestic and international tax, trust and estate-planning matters.  We have a loyal and well established client base of HNW and UHNW individuals, families, family offices and fiduciary providers originating, in particular (but not exclusively) from the Gulf region, continental Europe, Hong Kong and mainland China,  India and Pakistan and the offshore centres.The team specialises in complex cross-border tax planning, succession planning and asset structuring and has forged strong links in the international finance centres.  In addition to being well known for their expertise in international wealth structuring and tax planning, the team are also highly regarded for their business wealth offering and advise entrepreneurs, business owners, owner managed businesses and wealth creators of all types, both in the UK and abroad.  The team does not provide estate administration services but provides advice to personal representatives in respect of matters of  private international law, including domicile and succession, and estate taxation, including application of double tax treaties


Your Role

As a solicitor your role will focus on high-end and complex tax, trust, and estate-planning.  You’ll predominantly be advising on cross-border tax planning and wealth structuring matters for UHNW and HNW individuals and families, as well as their trustees and companies. In addition you will have the opportunity to work on UK HNW client matters involving structuring business wealth and succession requirements from both a tax and legal perspective. 

You will be a bright, ambitious private client lawyer with 1-3 years’ experience, keen to work on high quality cases. Ideally you will already have some experience in international tax matters, however we would also welcome applications from those with onshore-focused experience in lifetime tax, trust and tax advisory work.
