Our Team

Our Military Injury Compensation team represent individuals who have been injured, or have lost loved ones, due to a military accident where safety measures have not been followed. On behalf of our Clients, we seek a compensation settlement that takes medical costs into account, considering; service earnings, civilian earnings and pension contributions or resettlement grant.

We are considered one of the top law firms in the country for military claims and several cases we were involved in were recently featured in the Chilcot Inquiry, the Nimord Inquest and The Kajaki Dam incident. More of our Client stories can be found here

Your Role

You’ll  ideally have experience of dealing with military injury claims, including product liability and aviation. We have a rare opportunity to specialise in this high profile, and deeply rewarding area of personal injury law.  You’ll work with and assist the senior solicitor who specialises in military injury cases alongside having your own case load dealing with civil litigation military claims. You’ll be a committed team player and have the ability to take a very thorough approach to documenting work. You’ll work alongside Carol Purang who has over 20 years litigation experience in personal injury claims, specialising in noise-induced hearing loss and bullying and harassment claims. Learn more about Carol.

The role will have a strong Business Development element. We are a successful team and working in an office that has had accelerated growth and is expanding, and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual join and help with this continued growth.
