We have a fantastic opportunity for a 0-5 PQE Solicitor to join our Personal Injury team in Birmingham within our Workplace Illness department.
The WPI team deals with claims arising from work related illnesses and the development of occupational diseases, on behalf of claimants.
The work requires very strong technical skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Workplace Illness department. Our team has over 25 years of experience representing Claimants diagnosed with work-related illnesses, operating as part of a highly successful specialist national team to provide outstanding client care and achieve landmark case judgments.
As a member of the team, you will play an integral role in the growth and leadership of the team. You’ll lead the investigation and litigation on complex cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery. Experience in progressing high value, multi track cases is essential. In your role you will be responsible for progressing cases, to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop technical expertise and meet agreed performance targets.
You will also be responsible for developing external relationships with nurses, other medical professionals and support groups charities to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.
