We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Restructuring and Insolvency Team in our Sheffield office.
The team handle the whole spectrum of work related to financially distressed businesses and individuals. We act for insolvency practitioners with national and niche local practices dealing with the whole range of formal and informal insolvency assignments.
The team has a particular specialism in insolvency litigation, being the firm’s Northern Centre of Excellence.
This is a superb opportunity for you to gain an insight into this area of law and develop your skills and expertise both in insolvency and civil litigation. Post-holders can be expected to be rewarded with strong partner access and training, a good remuneration package and excellent career progression opportunities.
You will be a team player with strong communication skills and rounded client service skills. You will have experience of working in a legal environment and an understanding of office procedures, along with a pro-active approach and the ability to work on your own initiative. All applicants must possess sound IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Applicants should have proven Insolvency experience and a genuine desire to develop a career in this area of law.
