We have a fantastic opportunity for a NQ - 2yrs PQE Solicitor (or Paralegal/Legal Executive with similar experience) to join the Work Placed Injury team in our Newcastle office.
Our team deals with work based accidents as well occupational disease claims, which includes a significant number of asbestos related disease claims (mainly mesothelioma). The team handles a high proportion of litigated cases, many of which are dealt with on an expedited basis in the High Court. The work requires very strong technical skills.

As a member of the team, you will play an important role in the investigation and litigation on complex cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery.
To be successful in this role you must;
• Have Personal Injury litigation experience ideally in Asbestos Related Disease or general disease cases, but this is not essential• Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and be able to assist in developing other team members• Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
