Irwin Mitchell’s national corporate team expanded into the Manchester market in December 2017 with the hire of partners Adam Kaucher from Addleshaw Goddard and Victoria Zivkovic from PwC Legal.
Since then the team has grown with the addition of two solicitors and a trainee, with further recruitment planned for 2019.
The national corporate team consists of approximately 40 fee earners across 7 offices, and operates as a single national team, with opportunities for cross office working.
The team undertakes a mix of corporate work, focussing on private company M&A in the mid-market, private equity and restructuring. Working as part of our national corporate practice, which Experian ranks as the 10th most active legal M&A advisers, the Manchester team have acted on several significant transactions in their first year, and are becoming well known in the marketplace.
With a commitment to responsive, practical and commercial legal advice, our Manchester corporate practice has received very positive feedback from the clients for whom they have acted. The receipt of repeat instructions demonstrating the satisfaction with the high quality of service the team provides.

Working as a Solicitor within the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload with a strong corporate focus. Working as part of the team, you will have excellent partner access and have the opportunity to work for many notable clients. Your role will involve dealing with the full range of M&A, corporate finance, private equity, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.
