Irwin Mitchell’s national corporate team has an established and well respected presence in South East England led from its Gatwick office.
The Gatwick team is headed by partners Daniel Bastide and Faye Bargery who are supported by 6 others with further recruitment planned for 2020.
The national corporate team consists of approximately 45 fee earners across 7 offices, and operates as a single national team, with opportunities for cross office working.
The team undertakes a mix of corporate work, focussing on private company M&A in the mid-market, private equity and public markets and was ranked by Experian as the South East’s most active legal M&A advisers in 2018.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our successful team. You’ll be commercially minded and you’ll also have the confidence to work autonomously, taking the lead on some matters from the very beginning.
Working as a Solicitor within the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload with a strong corporate focus.
