As an experienced Associate (or experienced Chartered Legal Executive) in the team, you will play a key role in successfully running criminal injury compensation claims within a division of the Serious Personal Injury team, working as part of that team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recovery. You will be expected to perform to KPI’s. You will also assist in developing external relationships to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.

• A true team player, who excels at motivating and developing others;
• Demonstratable technical experience gained in Serious Personal Injury, specifically, Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury;
• Demonstrable experience dealing with issues relating to the Court of Protection and determination of Capacity issues;
• Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members;
• Demonstrable experience of excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
