Job description
Solicitor - Real Estate (4635)
We’re a national law firm with a local reach. Our philosophy is ‘we're legal and financial experts that care’ – something you’ll find in the way we work with our clients and how we support our teams. But we’re more than just a law firm – we’re a team of people working together to help individuals and businesses navigate life’s ups and downs. Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment.
We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities.
We're always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to one of our Talent Acquisition team for more information.
Our London Real Estate team handle an interesting and varied caseload, including real estate investment, real estate finance and restructuring and insolvency.
Your Role
In your role as Solicitor, you'll be committed to developing your experience in Commercial Real Estate to provide high quality legal advice to the Firm’s clients. You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment, demonstrating flexibility to changes in work schedule and priorities at all times.
You'll enjoy working in a team environment, having regular contact with clients and intermediaries, and providing commercial solutions alongside your legal advice. You'll be able to demonstrate commitment to team objectives, ensuring these are achieved through a collaborative approach to team meetings and compliance with decisions which will impact the team. Furthermore, you will draw upon your knowledge to participate in relevant business development initiatives and events to promote and develop both Real Estate and the Group.
We believe this role would most be suited to those with 2-4 PQE but are open to receiving applications from anyone who believes they can add value to the role.
