But we’re more than just a law firm – we’re a team of people working together to help individuals and businesses navigate life’s ups and downs. Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment.
We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities.
We're always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to a member of our Recruitment and Onboarding team for more information.
This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in one of our most significant transformation initiatives.
Working within our Chief Information Office, you'll lead business analysis activity across our Growth Engine Marketing & Digital programme, helping to define the future of customer acquisition, digital engagement, CRM capability and marketing technology across the firm.
You'll work with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, Technology and Operations to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape practical solutions that improve how we connect with prospective clients.
What You'll Be Doing

- Shaping future-state customer journeys, marketing processes and digital experiences.
- Providing strategic challenge and guidance to stakeholders on priorities, opportunities and solution options.
- Working across CRM, MarTech, digital platforms, customer acquisition and conversion initiatives.
- Facilitating workshops and building consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Leading and coaching Business Analysts within the programme.
- Ensuring analysis outputs support both immediate business improvements and longer-term transformation goals.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and can confidently operate at both strategic and delivery levels.
You'll have experience in:
- Marketing transformation programmes.
- CRM implementation or optimisation.
- Customer acquisition and customer journey initiatives.
- Digital platform transformation.
- Marketing technology or MarTech ecosystems.
- Leading analysis across large-scale business or technology change programmes.
You'll be naturally curious, highly collaborative and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while remaining close enough to the detail to drive delivery.
