Our Team

You will be part of the hugely successful Real Estate Disputes teams which has grown significantly, having added at least nine fee earners to the team in the last few years.  The team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.  The local team acts for a number of well-known investor clients and enjoys a high profile in the local property community. 

Your Role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our growing national team of 3 Partners and 18 Fee Earners. You will be based in the Birmingham office but will l have the chance to work closely with the team nationally and be involved in high value and complex cases; working on your own case load with support where required from partners but also working as part of a team for larger projects.  Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. You must be technically excellent with relevant market experience and will be required to support the partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team.

You’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. Business development and commitment to it is a key part of the role and to drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members.  The role will provide a great platform for the right individual to both further and deepen their network of potential clients and referrers.
