Working as a Reward Analyst, you will sit within the HR team and support the Reward Consultant in the development of the Group’s reward strategy and approach, and in the delivery of the Group’s reward activity.
A large part of your role will be to support on cyclical reward activities such as gender pay reporting, the annual pay review process, and monthly reward data reporting. You will need to have advanced/expert Excel skills that you’ll use to identify, collate, analyse, evaluate and process data.
To ensure that the Irwin Mitchell Group remains a competitive choice of employer, you will be expected to have a good understanding of the reward landscape; maintaining your understanding of legislation and the legal market place as well as working with colleagues to share best practice at all times. You’ll use your experience of completing, analysing and interpreting reward data to support the continuous improvement of the Group’s reward offering.
You must be a strong team player as you’ll work proactively with the Heads of HR, the HRIS Consultant and the People Services team to capture and report on reward and benefit information. You’ll also be an exceptional communicator with the ability to credibly convey complex data and information; reporting on findings as well as providing insight and interpretation across a range of reward issues. You’ll have the confidence to use this information to inform recommendations and to support the development of a long term reward strategy.
Given the nature of the role, you will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and ideally will have a working knowledge of Willis Towers Watson (or other role evaluation methodologies).
