Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Team as a Level 3 Apprentice. If you're curious about procurement, enjoy working with data, and want to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues, this role will give you hands‑on experience from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather, check, and organise data related to supplier performance, pricing, and market trends to help shape category and supplier strategies.
- Use P&SRM systems and tools to support end‑to‑end procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate contract files, supplier records and spend data.
- Support basic data analysis and create simple reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Manage the P&SRM inbox and coordinate responses to internal stakeholders.
- Support supplier segmentation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Help identify supplier risks and opportunities using assessment tools and monitoring processes.
- Assist with identifying and reporting on environmental sustainability goals across procurement activities.
- Work with colleagues across the business to ensure procurement policies and processes are correctly followed.
- Take part in team meetings, training sessions and shadowing opportunities to support your learning and development.
Our Apprenticeship Programme
This 24‑month Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious about Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management. You’ll gain practical experience while studying towards a recognised qualification – earning while you learn and developing your career from day one.
You’ll receive dedicated support from the team, regular feedback, and opportunities to grow your professional skills in a busy, supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 A Levels (A–C) or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs at Grade A*–C / 9–4 (including Maths & English)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with numbers, data and spreadsheets
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines
- Strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite
