Working as a Probate Support Paralegal, you will be a key member of the team, who will be adaptable and able to pick things up quickly. You’ll be involved with providing high quality essential administrative support to assist with the overall efficiency of the team and to ensure high standards of client service are maintained. This is a great opportunity to gain specialist probate knowledge to build a career in Probate.
Working alongside fee earners, you’ll support them by taking ownership of archiving and retrieval of Deeds, Wills and other documentation as well as working from file inception to file closure. Your role will also involve typing routine letters, preparing enclosures, photocopying and scanning documents. You’ll have exceptional communication skills as you’ll take call from clients and work to give them the best possible client experience.
Ideally, we’d like you to have previous experience of Probate but this is not essential but you will have experience of working within a professional services environment. Your written communication and attention to detail must be exceptional as you’ll take minutes from meetings and work on general probate administration as and when is needed.
