We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join our Sheffield Litigation/Restructuring and Insolvency team.
As a Paralegal, you’ll work to support leading solicitors and experts on interesting and diverse cases. You’ll be expected to provide assistance with regard to the team's clients and caseloads, including dealing with new client enquiries, drafting documents, conducting legal research, speaking with clients, experts, counsel and supporting the team's business development activities.Working within the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading individuals on landmark cases and will be supported by them to further your knowledge of Litigation as well as Restructuring and Insolvency law. Previous paralegal experience is not essential but you must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in these areas of law. Given the nature of the role, you'll need to be commercially-minded and communicate with professionalism at all times. You'll need to be able to strike the balance between working quickly and efficiently but also remembering the client is at the heart of everything you do.
