IMe Law Limited is an exciting development for the Irwin Mitchell Group as it is an ABS launched in conjunction with the insurer, esure. Irwin Mitchell has supported the needs of esure policyholders who suffer injury in road traffic accidents for over 13 years. In August 2014 we launched the ABS, IMe Law Limited, as a separate business dedicated to the service of esure customers and in which esure is a shareholder. esure’s commitment to a joint venture ABS with Irwin Mitchell is testament to our delivery of an excellent service to their customers.
The successful candidates will be employed by Irwin Mitchell LLP to work within IMe Law Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly team to develop your legal knowledge. You needn't have legal experience as you will be fully supported to learn as you progress in the role. As a Motor Paralegal, you will handle cases that have been sent by esure for recovery of their policyholder’s losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents. You’ll be confident, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills; demonstrating an ability to communicate with tact and professionalism at all times. You’ll use these skills to handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, negotiate with defendants and most importantly develop excellent relationships with our clients.
You’ll have excellent attention to detail and experience in a similar, customer service environment would be an advantage. You will be working in a team environment and should therefore enjoy working with others and be prepared to play a full part in contributing towards the success of the department.
