You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our paid media activity across multiple digital channels. Working closely with our Paid Media Manager, agency partners, and internal teams, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate high-quality leads.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of paid media within a multi-service organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Working with agency partners to ensure campaigns meet objectives and performance targets
- Conducting keyword research and audience targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Briefing and collaborating with brand and content teams on creative assets
- Monitoring performance and providing insights using tools such as Google Analytics
- Running A/B testing to improve conversions and engagement
- Managing budgets and ensuring strong ROI
- Producing regular trading updates and forecasts for stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with marketing regulations, particularly within the legal sector
Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving campaign performance
Experience & Skills
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience working with external agencies
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience within legal or regulated industries
Location & Working Pattern
- Base location: Manchester. Leeds or Sheffield
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
- 25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - You can ‘buy’ up to 35hrs of extra holiday too.
