Organisational Development Specialist (2012)

Our Team

Your Role

Working as an Organisational Development Specialist (ODS), you’ll work within a team of HR professionals to support the delivery of organisational development initiatives, to improve business performance, drive culture change and build colleague capability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with colleagues from across IM to understand the specific development requirements of teams and projects.
  • Designing learning content in a range of blended methodologies, such as workshops, group coaching, self-led learning packs and video creation
  • Providing an expert hand for the design and development of initiatives and work collaboratively with the People Team and wider business to deliver those solutions.
  • Spotting opportunities to try new approaches and take the lead on projects for Organisational Development to add value.
  • Facilitating soft skills and leadership development workshops both face to face and virtually on subjects such as remote leadership, personal impact, networking and presentation skills.
  • Designing and delivering of welcome events to support new colleague On-Boarding.
  • Engaging with and working in partnership with external suppliers to compliment and boost our internal learning solutions
  • Supporting colleagues in the business areas to embed cultural, behavioural and process change by offering guidance and coaching.

What We’re Looking For

  • A skilled communicator, with the ability to influence and build relationships with colleagues from all levels.
  • Significant previous experience in designing and facilitating virtual and face to face learning solutions
  • A confident user of technology based learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • A background of working in a large corporate environment, ideally within a HR function.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and able to work towards deadlines.
  • Ideally, you’ll hold a CIPD Training Certificate and have previously worked within a regulated environment, but this isn’t essential.
