Organisational Development Co-ordinator (3041)

Your Role

As an Organisational Development Co-ordinator, you’ll be providing administrative support to a team of Organisational Development professionals, ensuring that we deliver a brilliant experience to our colleagues, work with external providers effectively and our internal process are managed well and continuously improved.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Scheduling and organising of internal learning events, such as room bookings, invite distribution, tracking attendance and collating feedback.
  • Responding to queries via the Organisational Development inbox, ensuring that we achieve our internal SLA’s.
  • Managing the Organisational Development Helpdesk phone line.
  • Engaging with external speakers and learning providers to make all the required arrangements for events.
  • Working with colleagues in purchase ledger to manage payments and track budget expenditure.
  • Producing communications advertising the Organisational Development activity.
  • Building, publishing and summarising online questionnaires, and providing insightful narrative around the hotspots areas which require attention.
  • Working within the Organisational Development Team to map and make recommendations to ensure an effective and efficient service to colleagues.
  • Contributing to and building basic digital and automated learning content.
  • Managing and updating the intranet pages and collateral of the Organisational Development team.
What We're Looking For
  • A background in working within a client facing/administrative role.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment
  • A high degree of proficiency of all Microsoft programming.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, you’ll need to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with senior leaders in the business.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have some knowledge and experience creating basic digital learning content
