Working as an Office Services Manager, you’ll be the person who looks after our office, the facilities and supports the people within it. This is a holistic role that will encompass all aspects of site management from providing administrative support to our colleagues, handling room bookings, dealing with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships with the building management team. You’ll also have responsibility for the security of the site as well as dealing with the on-site health and safety.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring new joiners to Irwin Mitchell have the space and equipment they need as well as ensuring that the office is kept clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety procedures and processes. You’ll make sure that room bookings are up-to-date and accurate, handle third party invoices including their safe storage and filing, and scan, sort and distribute all incoming correspondence.
Ideally, you’ll have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment. You’ll take on general PA duties; booking train travel and accommodation, handling diary management and booking meetings and events as well as handling more general administrative tasks.
Given the nature of the role, it’s essential you are highly organised, enjoy working proactively and can handle a number of priorities at any given moment. You’ll have experience of managing office services and facilities and you’ll use this experience to improve the professional offering the site; contributing your own ideas to make improvements and resolve problems.
