Our Team

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Personal Injury support team in our Newcastle office on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. You’ll be working closely with the team’s Associates and Partners in Personal Injury to make sure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationship with your team and our clients.

Your Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting fee earners with the preparation of bundles, opening and closing files on computer databases
  • Calling our clients to arrange appointments and take basic instructions from them
  • Handling client enquiries by phone, letter and email
  • Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings with clients and drafting letters confirming details of meetings
  • Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date
  • Opening case files on the relevant case management systems
  • Dealing with urgent typing support requests
