Legal Support Assistant (2045)

Your Role

Working across our national Private Client Services team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the PW teams
  • Undertaking some legal tasks such as court forms
  • Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
  • Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
  • Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance
What We're Looking For
  • Legal assistant experience working with experienced fee-earners, ideally with particular experience in family
  • A good understanding of business processes within private wealth areas
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
  • Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
