Legal Support Assistant (1699)

Your Role

Working across our national Private Wealth team, you will be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You will work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the PW teams
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and completing documentation for all private client matters
  • Managing fee-earner diaries and booking travel arrangements
  • Assisting fee earners with the billing process
  • Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance
  • Supporting fee earners with any other ad hoc administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working within a Legal Secretarial/PA/Legal Assistant role, ideally with particular experience in Private Client
  • A good understanding of business processes within private wealth areas
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
  • Excellent client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional discretion
  • A collaborative team player, capable of working well with and supporting others
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
