This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a highly respected and innovative team. This role will involve working closely with partners and fee earners, providing them with a comprehensive, efficient, accurate secretarial and administrative service.
You will be responsible for arranging meetings, conferences and client interviews organising fee earner diaries and giving administrative support to the team. With clients at the heart of everything we do, excellent client care is essential. You will demonstrate an ability to liaise with clients face-to-face and over the telephone; assisting with queries and arranging appointments to see fee-earners.
You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a heavy workload, therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative. You will be able to work accurately and efficiently, word processing all correspondence and legal documentation. You will be required to produce general letters, attendance notes, Excel spread sheets, web forms and any other documentation. You will also have a great deal of responsibility for completing all related administration and filing to ensure that files are maintained in good order.
