If you have an LLB/LPC/GDL or ILEX qualification, we would love to have you on board as an advisor on the Legal Helpline. As part of small and select team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with general and preliminary legal advice. The role is diverse; no call is the same and will require you to bring together all aspects of your legal knowledge to offer the highest quality client care.
You’ll be fully supported to put the knowledge you’ve gained during your studies into practice whilst also gaining true exposure to the work that Irwin Mitchell does. There are excellent opportunities for progression both within the Legal Helpline as well as across the wider business. You’ll need to be flexible with your time and be prepared to work outside of core working hours. In order to ensure our clients can reach us at any times of the day, the Legal Helpline is open 24 hours a day, although the majority of the shifts fall between the hours of 7am and 9pm. You’ll work on a rota basis on a 40 hour week with a starting salary of £18,616.
