Legal & Regulatory Change Coordinator (5572)

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

As our Legal and Regulatory Change Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our governance and compliance operations—playing a key role in how we manage and deliver regulatory change across the business, and providing essential support to the Legal and Regulatory Change Team. This role is central to the effective delivery of regulatory change initiatives, including managing cyclical governance processes, maintaining the regulatory calendar, and supporting project tracking and team operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update the Regulatory Change Calendar, ensuring timely tracking of compliance milestones   and statutory obligations
  • Coordinate governance reporting cycles, including preparing structured updates and submissions for senior leadership and regulatory forums.
  • Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of Legal and Regulatory Change projects, including milestone tracking, risk identification and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide team administration/ operational support such as meeting scheduling, action tracking, and document version control.
  • Manage internal databases and trackers (e.g., Document Management Control Spreadsheet, Compliance Learning logs) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal queries related to regulatory change, escalating issues as needed.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members and stakeholders involved in regulatory change initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

 

About You
  • Proven experience in compliance, legal operations, or regulatory support
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and MS Lists, with a focus on tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Experienced in managing cyclical processes such as regulatory calendars, governance reporting, and document control.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in maintaining trackers, logs, and version-controlled documentation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the legal and regulatory sectors, including SRA, FCA, and GDPR.
  • An understanding of internal governance structures and regulatory operations
