Working as an IT Supplier Manager, you’ll work as part of the Service Delivery team to assist with managing and driving the performance of IT services within the Group.
You’ll use your previous experience of managing suppliers to help with the day-to-day performance of the suppliers providing IT services to IM, ensuring you build robust relationships with both internal and external service providers. You’ll conduct service reviews internally and with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained whilst also monitoring spend against budget and validating all invoices and spends.
We’d like you to have strong planning and organisational skills so you can systematically review all existing IT contracts and services as well as also supporting the procurement of new services, through from initial tender to drafting of contracts and schedules. Given the increasing business expectation and the speed at which our IT function is growing, you’ll be comfortable leading with service improvements whilst also working on efficiency initiatives.
Ideally, you’ll have experience working in legal professional services and hold the ITIL Service Management qualification. We’d like you to be a strong team player with the ability to react positively to change and be highly motivated. If you are interested in playing a key part during a period of exciting change and growth, we would love to hear from you.
In addition to your basic salary we have a competitive benefits package including pension, critical illness cover, health cash plan, death in service, discounted legal services, 25 days hols (this increases with length of service), discounted online shopping, discounted gym memberships and season ticket loans.
