Our Team

You’ll be joining a team of six, who are located across the country, and deliver events both virtually and face to face, to support the Firms event programme.

Your Role

To work as part of the Events & Fulfilment team with the responsibility of coordinating and delivering events.

We are currently looking for 2 roles in Manchester or Birmingham 

What You'll Be Doing
  • To coordinate and execute the delivery of all IM events, both virtually and face to face.
  • To provide onsite assistance at events as and when required.
  • To work in conjunction with the BD representatives and relevant Partners in each office to plan which events the firm should be involved in and coordinate the resources required.
  • To provide the business sponsor and BD representatives with the relevant information post event (a de brief) in order to measure the return on investment for each event.
  • To collate and prepare delegate packs and badges when necessary.
  • To have knowledge of the Data Protection Act, ensuring personal and system compliance.
  • To help the GCT department achieve its departmental objectives.
  • Adhere to and promote all GCT
What We're Looking For
  • Experience of coordinating events.
  • Strong organisational / planning skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills (specifically Word and PowerPoint) are essential as well as a good working knowledge of Excel 2010 and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
  • Working as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis via telephone, email and face to face
  • Flexibility to be able to work unsociable hours (evenings/ early mornings)
