We are currently recruiting for a four month fixed term contract based either in our Sheffield or Manchester office.
Working as part of this busy team, you must be extremely well organised and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring that the Early Careers team’s processes and procedures run smoothly through the provision of efficient administrative support.
During this four month fixed term contract, much of your responsibility will revolve around helping the team with screening of application forms and video interviews for the trainee solicitor roles. It’s therefore essential that you have experience of volume recruitment and a robust understanding of applicant tracking systems. Ideally, you’ll have worked in Early Careers or Graduate recruitment previously, as you’ll need to employ this experience to work on your own initiative to schedule screening and shortlisting of candidates.
You’ll be an excellent team player and have the organisational ability to allocate and monitor team workload. You’ll work to ensure that the team are achieving their SLAs and that each team member is on track with their screening targets, resolving any screening related issues that might arise during this busy period.

The salary for the role is up to £21,500 depending on experience.
